We started 409 Group because we were tired of watching people in our own community get passed around. A roof leak turned into a ceiling repair, which turned into an electrical problem, which meant three companies, three schedules, and three different stories.
We knew there was a better way to do this: hire good licensed people in every trade, put them on the same team, and answer the phone ourselves. That's the whole idea behind "Where One Call Does It All."
Our promise is plain. We show up when we say we will. We explain the problem in words that make sense. We give you the price before the work starts. And if something isn't right, we come back and make it right - no argument.
