Our History
409 Group's story started out in 2010, building spec and custom homes and transitioning into other areas of construction and real estate. Over the years we continued to see a significant and consistent need for reliable and trustworthy service, maintenance, and construction work.
We thought for years how nice it would be to have one company that provides all these services under one roof, all licensed in each craft, professional and insured. One call for everything - and that's the vision 409 Group was dreamed out of and developed from.
We employ only highly skilled and experienced team members to lead our home and business services and handyman remodel projects. With in-house licensed cooling/heating and master plumbing services, our team sets the bar high. Our continued education and training initiative keeps them growing to be the #1 trusted home and business service company in the 409, SETX, and the Golden Triangle.
For example, our plumbing team is led by a highly skilled master plumber with 25 years' experience, 8 of which are as a Master plumber and all of which are right here in the SETX area! Our Cooling/Heating Division is led by a 30+ year HVAC pro with the experience to bring the highest quality service to you. We are confident that the work we do will continue to keep your home or business up-to-date and comfortable for many years to come.

Community Involvement
We like to give back to our community in ways that show our appreciation for this area's support. We are happy to sponsor local golf tournaments, youth athletics teams, and a range of deserving community events. This includes both fun community-building events and much-needed fundraising events for local charities.
