Very impressed with 409 Group. Spoke with Rick, service was prompt with scheduling, estimate was very reasonable. Efrain came out and found the leak quickly and repaired it just as quick. Extra stars because this guy had to crawl underneath a wet home!

I was having issues with a hot water heater. I called them on a Saturday, and they were able to come and take a look at it the same day. They were recommended to me by someone on facebook. They were quick to get to me and get the issue resolved. I will definitely be using them from now on.

Jeryco came out to take care of some plumbing issues I was having. He was very thorough and answered some questions I had about other work that needed to be done around the house, including needing a new roof that I had been waiting way too long for another contractor to show up for. Jeryco made some calls and by the end of the next day, I had a new roof on my house. The roofing guys took care not to leave a mess, and I've yet to find any evidence in my yard that they were even there.The work was done quickly and done well, and I feel like the prices were more than fair. Rick kept in touch throughout the process and he even came by after the work was all complete.All in all, from top to bottom, I think these guys are great and I would highly recommend giving them a call for whatever needs to be done around the house. They take pride in their work, and it shows.

Big shout out to Russell and thank you! Recieved a very competitive bid for roughing in the plumbing for a new build and when I said lets move forward he took it and ran. Told me he'd be there first thing on a Monday. He did, went over what was going to be done and he got after it. Laying it out and getting supplies ready by himself. Tuesday Russell and Tim both show up and get after it, in the heat. By mid morning Wednesday we had our inspection in hand and job covered.Again thank you, Russell and Tim for a great job.I do look forward to working with the 409 Group to the completion of this project!

I’ve hired Rick and his crew for multiple projects. I’ve had him do small jobs and large ones. I’m a Realtor and also have rental properties. I’ve referred him to my sellers for projects to get their houses sold and all were happy. Roofing, rebuilding an exterior wall, redoing a full bathroom, Hardie board installation, interior/exterior painting, changing out subfloor on a pier and beam house, flooring, plumbing, total turnkey projects, and the list goes on. His prices are very competitive and his work is solid.

When I called Russell, he promptly came out after hours and fixed the issue without hesitation. He is not only a great plumber but also friendly and economical. 409 is Absolutely a phenomenal company. 5 stars is not enough stars to rate these Rockstars!! Jeryco is a plumbing rockstar!! From the moment I called and spoke to Rick to the completion of the job. We had a total blockage in our main line. I called on a Monday evening and Jeryco was out the next morning. The main line was broken and blocked by a tree root. The crew was out that afternoon to make the trench and Wednesday at lunch time Jeryco had already replaced the main with new pipe and an Hour later the crew was back out to fill in the trench. The crew put our yard and our rock garden back together and you can barely tell I had trench or a main line break. They made sure they left our backyard clean. Jeryco is the man..knowledgeable, courteous, and an all around great guy. He made sure everything was working properly before he left.Thank you 409 group for restoring my faith in contractors.If you are reading this review and need a service call them NOW!!

409 Group came and installed a Ductlessaire mini split system that I had. They came and looked over the job then let me know if some items that were not included with system. After I acquired what was needed they returned and installed the unit and now my house is cooler than ever! I actually need warm clothes in my house when it's hot outside in SETX. If I had an extra star I'd give it up to these gentlemen. I had 3 major issues come up on one day. 2 plumbing and 1 AC....these guys figured out the and fixed it with no problems. Everything was left neat and tidy. I don't hope to see them any time soon but if need be its them I'm calling.

I called Russell on the Friday before Easter, and he arrived within an hour. He quickly found the source of our leak, which was completely different from what the previous plumber had said, and much less expensive. He came back the next day and fixed the problem.
